Paul Calandra, and the art of not answering the question
Well, if you haven't seen it yet, Paul Calandra answered a question on the Canadian deployment in Iraq by accusing the NDP leader, Thomas Mulcair, of not supporting Israel:

While people were surprised by his terrible exchange with Mulcair, it isn't the first time Calandra gaffe on Parliament hill.

The Conservative Party of Canada have some great MPs, but Calandra isn't one of them. Oakridge-Markham is one of those riding that can swing both ways, either Liberal or conservatives, I hope the conservative have the decency to nominate someone else in the riding.
